NOW is the Time!

SERIOUSLY!! Now is the time to buy or sell.  Why on earth would you wait?  Fidelity National Title Rep, Stacey Sloan, makes some great points on why now is the time.  INTEREST RATES are at an all time low, as well as PRICES.  This never happens!  You have the best of both worlds.  As for selling?  Again, NOW is the time.  In the first part of next year, there will be a lot of foreclosures hitting the market, driving home prices down a little bit.  Take a little bit of time to watch this video, there is so much great information in here.  Hear a different side of the market!  And as always, if you have any questions, or are looking to buy or sell yourselves, give me a call!  714.928.1757
